Whitehall Mansion Event Center
Whitehouse Mansion is a historic estate set on 11 picturesque acres in Brockport, NY. Designed by renowned architect J. Foster Warner—the visionary behind the George Eastman House—the mansion was built in 1905 and spans over 8,500 square feet. In the early 20th century, it was considered the finest home west of Rochester. Today, the mansion serves as an elegant venue for special events.
To enhance its event-hosting capacity from 100 to 225 guests, the owners plan to expand the estate with a thoughtfully designed 4,500-square-foot addition. Inspired by the property's original carriage house, the expansion will include a grand ballroom, a private suite for wedding party preparations, modern accessible restrooms, and spacious outdoor patios—seamlessly blending historic charm with modern functionality.
